Shilling Canning Company is named for Shilling’s family company of the same name, which operated in the small town of Finksburg, MD from 1935 to 1958. The business was widely known throughout the Baltimore area for its focus on sourcing the highest quality products available, a tradition continued by Chef and Owner Reid Shilling and his team at the restaurant today.
